Austempering treatment
Isothermal transformation resulting from the austenite. Its appearance is similar to but finer martensite and consequently more tenacious. Depending on the processing temperature can get a upper bainite and lower bainite.
The cooling / tempering is performed specific salt bath. -
Martensitic treatment
Typical hardened steels having the shape of needles and high hardness. It is a supersaturated solution of carbon in alpha iron and has more volume than the austenite from which it comes.
The hardening process involves heating to austenitising temperature with a sufficient permanence to ensure homogeneity throughout the piece, and followed by cooling in oil and subsequent tempering.

Vacuum evaporation of water treated parts cleaning
It also has an automated installation of vacuum evaporation of water from parts cleaning salt bath treated with both water recovery of salts, resulting in a "Zero Discharge".
